About Our Business
We are a family owned business that has been in Owasso, OK since 1996. We started out as a 3400sq ft
store and have grown to our latest over 11,000. We owe it to this community and the great customers that
we have from all over.
Our mission is to have great pets at a fair price and we strive to do that every day. We love our animals
and hope that you will too!
We started Pet Stop because we love pets. We want to share that love with everyone. We wanted to try
and create a great environment for people to learn about pets and their care. We also wanted to have a
great selection of products to care for them. We carry quite a variety of premium food, shampoos,
beddings.
We have a great staff here at Pet Stop and I can't help bragging. They are all animal lovers. They take
pride in how they care for the animals and love them while they are here. It makes them so happy to
watch people fall in love with the right pet for them and hear how great they are doing later. What more
could an owner ask for?
We have a staff of about 15 employees including full and part timers. They are picked very carefully to try
and get the very best. I think we have done it. I have many levels of training going on so not everyone
can know what some of my 9-10 year employees do, but they try to answer any question and won't tell you
unless they know it. Integrity is very important to us and they don't let me down.
